Do we need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial is free for 14 days, and you don’t need to enter a credit card to get started.
What are chatbots, answers, pages and sources?
A chatbot is a chat on your website, for example a bubble in the corner. An answer is a reply the chatbot writes to a visitor. Pages are the content it learns from, such as the pages on your website. A source is where that content comes from – for example your website, uploaded documents or SharePoint.
What if we need more answers than our plan includes?
You can buy extra answers as an add-on or move to a bigger plan. Get in touch and we’ll find the best option.
Do we need technical skills?
No. You point CleverChat at your content in the platform and add the chat to your website with one line of code. If you’d rather we set it up, it costs 3 × the subscription price as a one-off fee.
Is our data safe?
Yes. CleverChat is GDPR-compliant, the AI models run in the EU, and conversations can be anonymised automatically. The platform is ISAE-3000 certified.
How much does Enterprise cost?
