How data is handled in a conversation
When a visitor writes in the chat, CleverChat finds the relevant passages in your own sources and sends the question together with them to an AI model in the EU, which writes the answer. That is why the chatbot answers from your content rather than from random pages on the internet.
The conversation is stored in the platform, so you can see statistics, improve the answers, and a colleague can see what has been written if they take over. How long personal data is kept is up to you, through automatic anonymisation.
